We offer vertical and customised services to support our clients throughout the entire garment manufacturing process. Our services include research and sourcing, design and development, sampling, fitting and grading, cutting and sewing, labelling and packaging, quality control, and logistics.

We offer a versatile product portfolio spanning various categories tailored to meet our clients’ diverse needs. Our offerings include t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, shirts, tops, waistcoats, blouses, hoodies, jackets, zip hoodies, zip jackets, dresses, trousers, pants, skirts, shorts, and accessories.

At Ydra Studio, we use a diverse range of high-quality fabrics including jerseys, sponges, fleece, interlocks, ribs, polar fleece, piqués, poplins, twills, jacquards, and more. We also work with fibers such as cotton, organic cotton, cotton blends, recycled polyester, linen, modal, and viscose (including Ecovero), prioritising sustainability and meeting global standards like OEKO-TEX, BCI, GOTS, and GRS.

We offer both vertical services covering the entire production process from research, sourcing, design, and development to sampling, fitting, production, and logistics. Additionally, we provide CMT services focused on cutting, making, and trimming according to our clients’ specifications.

Yes, we offer extensive customisation services to tailor garments to meet the specific needs and preferences of each brand. Our services include personalised design, custom fabric selection, unique trims, and finishes to ensure each product reflects the client’s vision and brand identity.

Ensuring high quality is crucial at Ydra Studio as we prioritise our clients and their brands. We enforce rigorous quality control measures throughout production, from material sourcing to final product inspection. We follow a detailed quality control checklist, available for download here, offering transparency and assurance that our garments consistently meet and exceed industry standards. 

Additionally, to provide clients with firsthand experience of our quality standards, we offer the Studio Experience Box. This initiative allows potential clients to receive a curated selection of samples from our capsule collection, empowering them to assess our quality and materials before committing.

At Ydra Studio, we take pride in our meticulous garment production process, ensuring every step is handled with precision and care. From the initial consultation discussing our clients’ needs and ideas to final delivery, our team is dedicated to transparency and quality. Our sample development typically takes 2-3 weeks to create initial prototypes and incorporate client feedback. Once the final sample is approved and raw materials are received, production begins with a lead time of 8-10 weeks.

Our weekly production capability can reach up to 10,000 garments.
